Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid contact
number or email is required to confirm bookings.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

Some services may require a consultation or pre-treatment forms.
We’ll let you know in advance.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate,
but your session may be shortened.

Payments & Pricing
All prices are in US$ and are subject to change.

We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. Payment through PayPal and Credit Cards are subject to additional fees.

Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

Special offers or promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments already provided.
Product returns are accepted within 7 days, if unopened and in original condition,
with proof of purchase.

If you experience a reaction or concern after a service,
please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent
procedures before your appointment.

Benessere reserves the right to refuse or modify treatments based
on health or safety concerns.

For hygiene and safety, only clients receiving services are allowed in treatment areas.
Client Conduct
We maintain a respectful, calm, and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients will result in immediate
termination of services and possible refusal of future bookings.

Results & Expectations
Results vary based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
We’ll always do our best to explain expected outcomes, but no guarantees can be made.
For best results, follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions given
by your practitioner.
Privacy
All client information is kept confidential.​
We do not share your personal or health information without your consent.
